New Month Prayer & Word of Encouragement for Ekiti Youth

From Amb. Segun Bankole, Chairman, NYCN Ekiti State Chapter

The Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ekiti State Chapter, Amb. Segun Bankole, has extended a heartfelt New Month message of prayer and encouragement to the vibrant youths of Ekiti State.

Welcoming the new month with hope and renewed determination, Amb. Bankole prayed for divine strength, wisdom, and uncommon favour upon every young man and woman across the state. He emphasized that the new month represents a fresh opportunity for growth, productivity, and positive transformation.

According to him, this season should usher in visible results for the hard work and resilience of Ekiti youths. He prayed that no dream would be cut short, no effort would go unrewarded, and no young person would be denied meaningful opportunities for progress.

The NYCN Chairman also prayed for peace across communities in Ekiti State, progress within institutions, and prosperity within homes. He expressed optimism that the land would continue to flourish—from farms to markets, classrooms to innovation hubs—while divine guidance rests upon leaders entrusted with steering the affairs of the state.

Speaking on national development, Amb. Bankole called for collective prayers for Nigeria. He urged youths to remain hopeful as the country strives toward restoration and renewal. He prayed for economic stability, improved security, unity across ethnic and religious lines, and a strengthened sense of shared purpose among citizens.

He further reminded Ekiti youths that they are not too young to lead, not too small to make an impact, and not too limited to succeed. According to him, the month presents an opportunity to build capacity through learning, build character through discipline, and build community through collaboration.

Encouraging young people to remain courageous and proactive, he advised them to pursue personal development, embrace integrity, and contribute positively to society. He stressed that the future of Ekiti and Nigeria rests largely on the dedication and values of its youth population.

In closing, Amb. Segun Bankole prayed that the new month would open doors no one can shut, attract helpers of destiny, and crown the efforts of Ekiti youths with undeniable testimonies of success.

He concluded with a rallying call:

“Build the Youth… Build the Nation!”

Happy New Month to all Ekiti youths.
